Alashya Sessions

A session with Alashya takes place on my beautiful property in Southern Oregon. I bring you into my safe, healing space and learn your story; who you are and why you’re here, where you may be hurting physically or if there is an intention. Moving to the table, I use a number of energy work practices including craniosacral, crystals, sound and color to settle the nervous system, beginning to gently guide you to a place of healing, working with and listening to the body’s innate wisdom.

Once areas of healing become pinpointed, you may choose to return for a half-day session. In these cases, I will go deeper. Pulling from my eclectic background of birth trauma therapy and Death and Dying, I allow space to explore the depths of wounding. As you return, the origin of the wounding becomes clearer. Like a thread, it can be pulled forward, each time slightly easier to access. As you enter into healing in the most sacred manner, there’s never a moment where you’re alone looking at something painful or traumatic. I will merge with your story to provide a safe and sacred space to heal.

New Client Session

2 hours @ $200

When a patient comes in, I take time to understand each client’s unique needs. The initial intake will take approximately 2 hours depending on each individual. Subsequent sessions run from 60-90 minutes.

With acute issues sometimes all that’s needed is 2-3 sessions. When dealing with chronic issues, people typically require weekly sessions, but over time treatments are needed less frequently. However, many people continue with weekly sessions because they appreciate the benefits of relaxation and centering.

Regular Sessions

1-1.5 hours @ $150

This session for returning clients will include more time on the table, more types of body and energy work and more processing time. By opening to your inner wisdom and divine grace we discover the purest path to your wholeness.

Bodywork is a way to restore yourself and reconnect with your essence. I use a unique and eclectic approach that interweaves energy work using color, crystals, sound and breath. Inviting all senses to awaken and peacefully integrate healing energies, you come home to yourself anew.

Half-Day Session

5 hours, please contact for price

In a half day session, we can spend precious time diving deeper and focus on craniosacral work.

Craniosacral has been linked to aiding emotional healing including issues with anxiety, depression, grief and mood swings; chronic physical conditions such as allergies, arthritis, autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, headaches, menopause, PMS, restlessness and insomnia; and finally with acute conditions like common injuries, muscle spasm, sinus conditions, spinal discomfort and TMJ.

Personal Healing Intensive

2-5 days, please contact for price

A healing intensive is an opportunity to face yourself without distraction in a supportive, loving and focused environment

We work together to discover blocked energy patterns, which cause physical and emotional pain. To help you release these energy patterns, I choose from many modalities such as breath work, psychodrama, rituals and bodywork. This work is balanced with creative play through drawing, painting, making sand trays, movement, creating collages or building medicine wheels.

I sustain a supportive environment enabling you to go deeply within yourself, having the freedom to deal with anything as it emerges, without distractions. Disengaging unwanted behavior and beliefs brings one home to one’s heart.

These intensives take place in a residential setting on a beautiful forest in beautiful Southern Oregon. Delicious organic vegetarian meals are prepared to meet your specific dietary needs.

This is challenging work and calls for a deep commitment to oneself. It takes willingness, courage and openness. It takes making the choice to embrace change.

*If this is a hardship, please feel invited to discuss that with me.
